Frequently Asked Questions:

Why do you charge hourly instead of by the package? TOP
One word...limitations. In order to offer packages, I would have to limit clients to amount of changes they can give me. I want my clients to be in charge of their business and its internet presence.

When is payment due? TOP
Our hourly rate for initial design or redesign of a website is $75 per hour. A retainer deposit of $750 is due prior to any development of your website design. A retainer balance of $75 per hour must be maintained throughout the design process. Please note that I will not begin the design process until the initial retainer is paid.

What if I have a balance on my retainer after you completed my web design? TOP
We will refund you any balance remaining in your account after your project is completed.

When can you begin my website? TOP
As long as I don't have a waiting list, I can begin immediately. First, you will need to print and complete our web design worksheet and web design agreement. (These are Word .doc files) You can fax those to us at 214.206.1062. Second, you can use the buttons below to pay the retainer.

We also recommend you visit our client guide to assist you in making sure we have done the necessary steps and have provided adequate information in order to complete your design in a timely fashion.

I have found a designer that is less expensive. TOP
Are you sure? Certainly the hourly rate may be lower but overall it could be more. As I have been designing for 10 years, I work pretty efficiently. As long as you provide me with the necessary content, images, web design worksheet, etc, I can begin designing.

As they say, you get what you pay for. I want my clients to be in charge of their web design. I simply provide the knowledge to accomplish what they want.

In the end you will get what you pay for...a beautiful design that you are very happy about and proud to display to your customers.
